About Orban Contracting and Landscaping

April in Cheswick is mud and meltwater and the first stubborn green pushing up through last year's leaves along the hill roads. That is when Orban Contracting and Landscaping starts its lawn work — raking out the winter, mowing, trimming, edging, and keeping the grass ahead of the rain that blows up the Allegheny all spring. The other half of the year runs the opposite direction: plow, shovel, salt, repeat, on driveways pitched steep enough that a truck earns every pass. Both halves come down to the same idea — show up in the dark or the drizzle, and leave behind a property that looks cared for. The work runs through Cheswick and out to Springdale, Harmarville and the Indiana Township hills.
