About BlueFlame Lawn Care LLC

The Tookany slips through Cheltenham Township with a whole green corridor around it, sycamores leaning over the water and the parkway road bending along beside. BlueFlame Lawn Care LLC works the neighborhoods on either bank year round — mowing, edging and clearing leaves while the ground is soft, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the creek runs black between white banks. Yards near the water grow thick and fast in a wet Philadelphia summer, and the pleasure is in keeping ahead of them, leaving straight borders where lawn meets the low stone wall. Winter asks a different kind of care in a township of steep short driveways and long shared walks, where clearing well means thinking about the neighbor's path too. Both seasons end the same way: standing back at dusk, looking at a property that has been put right.
