Shaw's Lawn Care

About Shaw's Lawn Care

Downtown Chambersburg wakes early. Ice on the fountain at Memorial Square, grit on the brick, sidewalks that have to be passable before the shops unlock their doors. Shaw's Lawn Care keeps both halves of that calendar — shoveling and plowing walks and drives when the town goes white, then mowing, trimming and edging once the ground softens and the maples on the side streets leaf out. Late-winter mornings are the tricky ones here, thaw at noon and glaze by dusk, so cleared pavement gets a second look and more salt before dark. Summer settles into rotation: grass cut before it gets ahead of itself, clippings swept off the walk, beds squared away, and then October's leaves carried off ahead of the first hard freeze.
