About Lawnmasters, Inc.

The interstate never really sleeps through this stretch of the valley, and neither do the lots that serve it once the forecast turns. Lawnmasters, Inc. runs the winter shift around Chambersburg: commercial lots and driveways plowed wide, aisles and entrances opened, sidewalks cleared and treated before the first shift arrives. Storms here often begin as a fine dry snow off the ridges and finish as a wet, heavy layer that has to be moved twice — so a night gets planned in passes, not in one pass. There is a specific satisfaction in walking a finished lot at four in the morning: curb to curb, painted lines showing, piles set where the melt will drain away instead of back across the asphalt. Come daylight nobody gives it a thought, which means it went right.
