About Fitzgerald Brothers Landscaping

April in the Chartiers valley is mostly waiting — soggy ground, a forsythia going off along somebody's fence, grass thinking it over. Then one warm week lands and every lawn in Carnegie wants cutting on the same afternoon. That first mow of the year is the best one: stripes appearing where there was only shag, edges recut, the winter's litter raked out and gone for good. Through summer it settles into mowing, trimming and edging on a steady rhythm, and come fall the hillside oaks let go all at once. Same yards, different chore, the same finish at the end of the day.
