About Landscapes by Landon

Hogestown in October gets the valley's best light — low, amber, coming in sideways across the fields of Silver Spring Township. Landscapes by Landon works straight through that hinge in the calendar, raking and hauling leaves one week and watching the forecast for the first plowable inch the next. The green half of the year is mowing, trimming, edging and mulch; the white half is plowing, shoveling and salt on the walks before daylight. Both come down to one small promise: a property that looks tended and moves easily. Come March it begins again with a cleanup and a first cut.
