About TEC Property Care LLC

A property keeps a long memory: an August drought shows up in October, and wherever the plow puts snow in January decides what greens back up in April. TEC Property Care LLC works that whole arc around Linglestown and Colonial Park — mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups while the grass is running, plowing, shoveling and salting once it stops. Late summer here means heavy dew, a first cut once the fog burns off the fields out past the village, and an edge crisp enough to hold until the next visit. The aim is a place that always looks tended rather than merely visited. Same properties, every month, whatever that month happens to be asking for.
