Aspen Snow Removal

About Aspen Snow Removal

California climbs. From the Monongahela the streets tip upward block by block, and what is a nuisance in rain becomes a real problem the night snow glazes the grade. Aspen Snow Removal takes those hills on — plowing drives and lots, clearing the walks and the aprons where a car has to get a running start. There is a difference between a lane pushed open and a slope actually cut to pavement, and it shows the first time someone drives up it without holding their breath. Storms come into Washington County from the west and sit in the valley for days, so the work is measured in return trips as much as in inches. On the good mornings the borough wakes to black asphalt striped between white banks, and nobody has to think about the hill at all.
