Burd Bros Lawn Care

About Burd Bros Lawn Care

Down on the Lyndora flats the old rail sidings still run straight as a chalk line, and the yards that back onto them are long, narrow and stubborn. Burd Bros Lawn Care is out on those streets by seven on a Saturday, when the town is quiet enough that you can hear a mower two blocks off. Mowing, trimming, edging, leaf cleanup, and a plow blade for the months when Butler wakes up buried. A tidy strip of grass beside a workshop or a mill-street porch carries as much weight as any showpiece yard, maybe more. That is the kind of ground they like best — plain, useful, and left better than they found it.
