About Custom Property Resources LLC

Burnham sits tucked under Jacks Mountain in a tight grid of streets, close-set houses and short drives that fill fast whenever the valley catches a storm. Custom Property Resources LLC works those winter mornings — narrow drives cleared without clipping the flowerbeds, sidewalks scraped along the row, salt on the alley pitch where cars spin. In a borough this compact, where the snow gets put matters every bit as much as how it gets moved. The mountain holds the sun off the north-facing side well into the afternoon, so that ice is a separate job entirely. Dawn comes late here in January, and it is good to have the work behind you when it finally shows up.
