Foran Lawn & Yard

About Foran Lawn & Yard

Bryn Mawr means big hill in Welsh, and you feel the grade walking up from Lancaster Avenue, past stone twins and sycamores older than the rail line humming along beside them. Foran Lawn & Yard keeps that ground in order all year — mowing and trimming through the growing season, leaf work when the sycamores let go, plowing and walkway clearing when the Main Line goes white overnight. Yards here are small and particular, hemmed in by hedges and flagstone, so the work is measured rather than fast. A crisp edge along a slate path reads all the way from the sidewalk. That is the whole point of it.
