About Brendan's Lawn & Landscaping

October comes down the Coebourn hill in a slow drift of oak and maple, and for a few weeks every lawn in Brookhaven disappears underneath it. Brendan's Lawn & Landscaping shows up with rakes and blowers and gets the green back. The rest of the year runs on a steady weekly rhythm — cutting, trimming around fence posts and mailbox poles, edges kept sharp along the sidewalk squares. Snow is the other half of the calendar: driveways plowed, walks cleared, salt spread while the streetlights are still burning. It is plain work, done on time, for Brookhaven and the blocks that run out toward Aston and Parkside.
