About Monac Landscaping

Brighton Township is ridge and hollow, farm ground giving way to lawns, and the wind up on top behaves nothing like the still air down in the draws. Monac Landscaping learns each property that way — mowing, edging, trimming and warm-weather cleanups while the ground is soft, plus plowing, shoveling and salting when it is anything but. Grass on an exposed ridge burns off in July while a shaded hollow stays lush; snow does the exact opposite, drifting deep up high and skipping the low ground entirely. Reading that difference is what separates a lawn that looks good in one photograph from one that looks good all year. Brighton Township and its Beaver County neighbors get both halves of the calendar.
