Simpson Excavating

About Simpson Excavating

High on the Tioga County plateau, winter arrives early and lingers late, and the roads around Bloss can go from bare to buried between supper and midnight. Simpson Excavating meets those nights with a plow and an early start, pushing snow off driveways and lots while the hemlocks still bow under the fresh weight. This is old coal country, where the hollows once rang with mine work, and clearing a storm here still feels like an honest contest with the hill. By first light the drive is open, the banks are shoved out of the way, and the morning can start without a second thought.
