Wise Guy Lawn Care

About Wise Guy Lawn Care

Midsummer around Duncansville gets heavy by noon — the air still, Dunnings Mountain gone hazy, and every lawn between here and Canoe Creek growing whether anyone is watching or not. Wise Guy Lawn Care beats that heat by starting early, running the mowing route while the shade still sits on the east side of the houses. Trimming follows the mower everywhere, around foundations, fence posts, the gas meter and the crab apple stranded in the middle of the yard, and the border along the drive is cut to a line you could sight down. Beds are weeded, spaded and mulched, and the shrubs are kept off the siding so the paint gets to dry after a rain. Late in the year the leaves come off, get carted away, and the yards go into winter short and orderly.
