Hitcho's LawnCare

About Hitcho's LawnCare

October in Bethlehem Township turns the big trees around Housenick Park copper and rust, and within a week every yard in the neighborhood is wearing them. Hitcho's LawnCare works the whole arc of that season — the mowing that keeps going right up until the ground goes cold, then the leaf cleanups that give a lawn its color back before winter sits down on it. Trimming, edging, clearing the walks and drives: the unglamorous half of the job, and the half people notice. A yard raked out in November comes up better in April; grass that goes into the cold smothered does not. It is satisfying work — you can stand at the curb when it is finished and see exactly what you did.
