About Brian's Landscaping

Along the Lehigh at Sand Island the towpath holds the river fog until mid-morning, and a heron works the old canal while the city above is still getting going. Brian's Landscaping starts around there and moves up through the streets — mowing, trimming close along walls and steps, and cutting the sidewalk line that makes a small yard look twice as tended. Bethlehem lots are old and full of character: sloped strips, stone retaining walls, a lilac in the corner older than the fence around it. Beds are cut in fresh each spring, mulched and kept clear, and shrubs are trimmed back so the front windows get their light again. The finish is always the same — the pavement cleared of clippings, nothing left behind but the cut.
