About LOCAL PROPERTIES LAWN CARE , LLC

Down in Library, where Bethel Park's southern end runs out toward the Montour Trail, the houses are older and the lots run deeper. LOCAL PROPERTIES LAWN CARE , LLC works them one address at a time — mowing, trimming, edging, mulch, seeding and seasonal cleanups through the warm months, plowing and de-icing through the cold ones. Knowing a place at ground level means knowing which corner floods in April and which bank bakes brown by August. Attention given property by property is what eventually makes a whole neighborhood look tended. That is the entire ambition here, and it is not a small one.
