About Kennedy Tree Service and Outdoor Maintenance

An ice storm off the North Branch can turn every tree on a Berwick street into a chandelier that weighs too much, with Nescopeck Mountain standing across the water in the gray. When the thaw comes, the town takes stock: split crotches, hanging limbs, a maple that will not be talked into another season. Removals come down in measured pieces, rigged clear of the porches and the wires on those old factory-town streets. Trimming and pruning through the year keep the load off, shape the crown, and pull branches back from the roof. After the storms, cleanup means the sidewalk, the drive and the yard are clear before anyone has to step around them.
