Bourne Lawn Service

About Bourne Lawn Service

There's a week in early May when Westfield turns green all at once — the lawns around Moore Park, the strips along Main, the wide yards out the Portage Road — and every one of them needs cutting at the same time. Bourne Lawn Service meets that rush and holds the pace all summer: weekly mowing, string trimming, edging along drives and walks, and cleanups at either end of the year. After a lake rain the grass comes up heavy and the smell of it fills the whole village. Doing it right means going slower — a cut instead of a tear, the walk swept before the trailer ramp comes up, the curb line held straight the length of the block. Westfield and its neighbors, from Barcelona down to Brocton and Ripley, are all on the list.
