About KLS LANDSCAPING & SUPPLIES

Bakerstown sits where the farm country north of Pittsburgh gives way to neighborhoods, and Route 8 runs straight through the middle of that change. KLS Landscaping & Supplies keeps the lawns along it — mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal cleanups — plus the mulch, stone and soil for the beds around them. Grass runs fast on these rolling hills once the June rain settles in, and a weekly rhythm is what keeps a yard from getting away from anyone. There is real pleasure in a lawn cut in clean lines with fresh mulch dark against it. Come fall, the maples along the old road let go all at once, and the work turns to hauling it off.
