About Brian's Property Maintenance, llc

Morning fog off the Ohio River hangs in the Baden hollows until the sun climbs over the far bank, and by then Brian's Property Maintenance is already mowing. Yards here tilt toward the water, so cutting them cleanly is a matter of patience and good lines — trim close to the retaining walls, edge the walks, blow the drive off before leaving. Winter turns those same slopes into a different problem, and the trucks come out with plow and spreader for driveways that fall away toward the river road. Beaver County can hand you a thaw and a freeze in the same afternoon. Looking after both seasons on a property means nothing about it ever gets ignored.
