CS&R PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

About CS&R PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Some mornings in Avondale the fog sits low in the White Clay Creek bottoms until the sun burns it off, and the grass holds dew until nine. That is when CS&R Property Maintenance is already out — mowers running in clean overlapping passes, the trimmer working around fence posts, the edge along the walk cut so straight it looks drawn. The reward is the after: stripes lying down in the light, clippings blown off the drive, a yard that reads well from the road. Summer here runs hot and green, and lawns in southern Chester County ask for steady attention rather than heroics. They give it week after week, from the first cut of spring into the leaf-fall of October.
