About J&S Property Solutions

Audubon holds a rare piece of ground — the Perkiomen coming down to meet the Schuylkill, Mill Grove's woods on one side and the hills of Valley Forge across the water. J&S Property Solutions works the lawns in between, mowing and edging through the Montgomery County growing season, turning out beds in spring and clearing leaves when the river woods let go in November. Winter shifts the job to plow routes along Egypt and Pawlings Roads, driveways opened, walks scraped and treated before the commute starts. Snow here often comes wet and heavy, riding up the Schuylkill valley and settling in to stay, which rewards an early start. Getting a drive down to bare pavement before sunrise is its own small victory. So is a summer lawn cut sharp to the walk and still holding that line a week later.
