About Valley Creek Property Services LLC

The old rail bed still cuts through Atglen, a straight line ruled across country that otherwise rolls in every direction. Valley Creek Property Services LLC works the properties on both sides of it — mowing, trimming and edging through the growing months, cleanups when the maples give out, plowing and ice control once the fields go hard. Storms in this corner of Chester County can drop their load overnight and then blow the lanes shut again by daylight, so the winter work is rarely finished on the first pass. Summer runs steadier: a route, a rhythm, grass held at an even height street after street. Both halves of the year finish the same way, with a property that plainly looks looked after.
