Valley Lawn & Garden

About Valley Lawn & Garden

Atglen sits where Chester County's farmland begins folding down toward the Octoraro, and the borough keeps a foot in both worlds — village lots on one side, open ground on the other. Valley Lawn & Garden mows both: the tight yards along the streets and the wide lawns out where the fields start. Summer here is generous with rain, and grass that gets away from you in a week takes three to look right again, so the schedule holds. Trimming runs along fence lines and mailbox posts, beds get weeded and mulched, and cleanups bookend the season at both ends. On a July evening with the cut finished and the lines running straight toward the creek, the whole valley looks like it is holding its breath.
