About Heavner's Lawn Services

By July the hayfields around Antrim Township have been cut twice and the afternoon air above them shimmers. Heavner's Lawn Services works straight through that heat — mowing, trimming, edging, keeping a yard even when the weather is doing everything it can to make grass uneven. Sun-baked high ground and damp low corners on the same property grow at completely different speeds, and the skill lies in leaving no evidence of it. There is a good hour at the end of a summer day when the mower is loaded, the driveway is blown clean, and the lawn holds its lines all the way to the fence. Service covers Antrim Township, Greencastle and the nearby Franklin County villages.
