About Antrim Tree Service

Winter comes early to the Tioga ridges, and the hemlocks around Antrim hold snow in their arms until a warm afternoon lets it all go at once. This is ridge-and-hollow hardwood country — sugar maple and beech on the slopes, hemlock along the creek — and a mountain wind finds the weak union in every one of them. Removals work with the terrain, dropped and sectioned where the ground allows, rigged where it does not. Pruning and trimming clear the rooflines and the drives and take out the deadwood a heavy snow would otherwise find for you. After a storm, cleanup means the lane is open, the wood is stacked out of the way, and the hollow is quiet again.
