About Starner Excavating LLC

You hear it before you see it: a plow working a lane somewhere past the last streetlight at three in the morning, snow still coming down. Starner Excavating LLC covers that ground around Annville and out along the road toward Lebanon — driveways, private lanes and lots cleared, turns widened so a truck can get in and back out. The walk to the door is opened and salted while the machine idles. Storms in this valley have a way of landing right before everyone has somewhere to be; the answer is simply to be out earlier than the storm. By daylight the lanes are open and the day proceeds as though nothing happened.
