About Dark Horse Services

Out here a lawn ends where the pasture starts, and the last pass of the mower is the line between the two. Dark Horse Services cuts that line clean around Amwell Township — the yard itself, edges along the walk and the drive, trimmer work at the fence posts and the barn foundation where a deck cannot sit level. Corners that got away over the winter are cut back to something manageable. Beds are cleaned and mulched in the spring, and the fall leaves are hauled off before November rain flattens them into the turf. Late afternoon on a Washington County ridge road, yard just finished, the hollow below already going blue — that is the version of this work worth chasing.
