About Christopher Zeek Landscape Design and Construction, Inc.

Mattison Avenue runs wide and green through Ambler, its deep lawns stretching out beneath maples that have shaded them for generations. Christopher Zeek Landscape Design and Construction, Inc. keeps grass like that in trim across the growing season — mowing on a steady cycle, trimming close along walls and beds, edging the walks so the line reads clean from the sidewalk. In June the cutting comes twice as fast as anyone expects; by late July the work is as much about height and patience as speed. Autumn turns all of it to leaves, pulled off the turf before they mat down and smother it. There is real pleasure in the last pass of an afternoon, when the stripes lie straight and the edges look drawn with a ruler.
