About Benchmark Property Solutions LLC

At three in the morning the lots along Plank Road are empty and blue-lit, and the snow coming off the Front is filling them in faster than the lamps can show. That is Benchmark Property Solutions LLC's hour — plow down, first pass laid out to leave the piles where they belong, then walks opened and salted so the earliest arrival steps onto pavement and not glass. Altoona storms arrive stacked against the mountain and often stay longer than the forecast promised, so the work is measured in return trips as much as in inches. A parking lot cleared to its lines and a doorway you can reach without thinking about your footing is the whole result, and it has to be there before the town wakes up. Through the winter, properties across the city and the boroughs around it get that same pre-dawn attention.
