About Altoona Ruscio Landscaping Services

By seven on a July evening the light over Lakemont goes long and gold, and the lawns are still giving back the heat they collected all afternoon. That is the hour Altoona Ruscio Landscaping Services likes best — the mower cooling, the clippings swept off the walk, a yard sitting there looking cared for while the crickets start up. The work itself is plain and repeatable: cutting on a rhythm the grass can count on, trimming close around posts and hydrants, edging so the driveway keeps its own outline, and clearing the beds when the maples finally let go. Altoona summers push hard and then hand the city over to autumn almost overnight, so the schedule bends with the growth instead of fighting it. Neighbors on either side of Logan Valley get lawns that look tended rather than merely shortened.
