About RBK Enterprises Inc.

Some winters in Allison Park arrive in two acts — a wet inch at dusk, then the cold in behind it, welding everything to the pavement by midnight. RBK Enterprises Inc. plows through both: driveways and lots opened up, walks and steps shoveled, salt worked into the glaze on the long grades between Wildwood and the hollows out toward Talley Cavey. Almost nobody up here has a level driveway; they drop away to the road or climb up out of a ravine, and each one has to be read before the blade goes down. The reward is exact and unglamorous — headlights swinging onto a road that somebody has already driven, and no shovel needed in the trunk. Storm after storm, that is the whole of the job, and it is a good one.
