About Sod Works llc

Under snow, the fairgrounds turf is just a long white field inside a fence, waiting on April with the patience only dormant ground has. Sod Works LLC spends that stretch of the year on the pavement instead, plowing driveways, opening walks and salting the places where meltwater runs and freezes overnight. Grass sleeps; asphalt does not get the option. There is something satisfying about handling the ground's hard season with the same attention its soft one gets, blade set right, edges kept square, nothing left ridged across a doorway. Allentown winters are long enough to be worth doing properly.
