About Snow Management, Inc.

The work begins two days before the first flake, in the forecast and on the map: which routes run first, where the wind will pile it, which downtown entrance faces the wrong way. Snow Management, Inc. handles Allentown winters that way, planning the storm before it plans you, then plowing, shoveling and salting from Center Square outward as it lands. A city built on a grid of hills has a hundred small problems in a snowfall, and most of them are solved by arriving early and coming back twice. Timing is the craft, and a cleared entrance at seven o'clock is the proof. Everything else about the night is invisible, which is how it should look.
