About Keiper General Contracting

A nor'easter finds Broad Mountain before it finds anywhere else, and by two in the morning the ridge is a white tunnel with the turnpike humming somewhere below. Keiper General Contracting is up in it, plowing driveways and lots, opening walkways and salting steps so Penn Forest Township can get out of its own driveways by dawn. Mountain snow is deep and it lingers — a storm is rarely finished when the flakes stop, and the wind spends the next day putting it back. Clearing the same lane twice, without fuss, is what the work actually is. Nothing beats the moment the blade reaches pavement and a drive comes back into view. The rest is staying ahead of the sky.
