Effren Yard Maintenance

About Effren Yard Maintenance

Around the Settlemier House the old maples let go all at once in October, and for a couple of weeks the lawns beneath them disappear entirely. Deloya Landscaping Maintenance clears them off: leaf removal, the closing mowings, beds cut back and mulched for winter, clippings swept from the walks. The rest of the year runs on a steady round of weekly mowing, defined edges, trimming around trunks and fence posts, weed control and feeding timed to the valley's long soft spring. Older Woodburn yards carry big lawns and bigger trees, and both do better with someone paying attention. There is real satisfaction in handing back a yard that looks like it was just put in.
