Tom's Lawn Care

About Tom's Lawn Care

There is a week in March when the valley firms up underfoot, Mount Angel's butte stands clear to the north, and every lawn in Silverton needs cutting on the same Saturday. Tom's Lawn Care starts the year there and stays with it — regular mowing, trimming around trees, mailboxes and beds, edging the walks, and sweeping clippings off the pavement before heading out. It is unglamorous work with an immediate payoff: a yard that looked ragged at nine looks kept by eleven, and the whole house sits better on its lot. The route holds through the dry weeks of summer and into the leaf months, when clearing matters more than cutting. Silverton, Mount Angel, Scotts Mills, Marquam and out toward Salem.
