About Smart Irrigation LLC

Tickle Creek runs low and clear by late July, and the rain that defines the rest of the year in Sandy simply stops for a few weeks. Lawns feel it before anything else does, going pale at the edges while the fir line stays dark. Smart Irrigation LLC works those dry stretches with a light hand, mowing high so the blades shade their own roots, trimming and edging without scalping, keeping beds weeded so nothing competes for what water there is. Come September the rain returns, the color floods back, and the rounds shift toward cleanup. A lawn that comes through August in good shape is mostly a matter of how it was treated in June.
