About SmartScape Solutions

By late July the Willamette runs low and glassy past Minto-Brown Island Park, the light holds until nearly nine, and every lawn in Salem shows exactly how it has been handled the rest of the year. SmartScape Solutions works toward that stretch on purpose: mowing heights raised for the rainless weeks, edges kept true, trimming and weed work carried along fence lines and walkways, with fertilization, aeration and overseeding timed to the valley's soft wet shoulders instead of its dry midsummer. Fall brings the other half of the job — leaves down, beds cut back, the turf handed into the gray months in shape to take them. Spring here is generous if you meet it prepared, and stingy if you do not. What makes the long August evening worth it is simple to see from the street: a green, level, sharply bordered yard still looking like somebody is paying attention.
