Nomura's lawn care.

About Nomura's lawn care.

Autumn mornings in south Salem begin under fog — the firs along Croisan Creek standing in it, the lawns silvered, the whole neighborhood hushed until the sun gets over the hills and burns it off around ten. Nomura's Lawn Care works straight through that hour, mowing what the fall keeps growing, edging drives and walks, blowing fir needles and leaves out of the corners where they collect. Beds get weeded and cut back for the wet months ahead, and moss gets thinned from turf the rain would otherwise take over. Mulch goes down before the long grey stretch, and the grass is left short and clean to sit out the winter. By spring those same lawns come up even and thick, all across Salem and the towns nearby.
