About Green Acres Landscape, Inc.

South of town the valley opens into grass-seed ground, and in August the fields go the color of straw while the combines work into dusk. Green Acres Landscape, Inc. brings that grass back the other direction — into yards as mowing, edging, fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, pruning and cleanup, from the city out toward Turner and Jefferson. Turf is a crop in this valley, and treating a lawn like one changes what it can be: fed on schedule, cut at the right height, thickened in fall so weeds have nowhere left to sit. A dense lawn is its own defense. Watching a thin yard fill in across a single season is worth every mile of the route.
