Caliber Property Care

About Caliber Property Care

Drive east out of Silverton and the valley tips upward: hazelnut rows, fir plantations combed into corduroy, mailboxes standing at the head of long gravel drives. Caliber Property Care works that in-between country along with the town streets below it — mowing on a rotation, running the trimmer around posts and pump houses and mailbox stands, then clearing off what the cut leaves behind. August is the honest month up in the hills, when the unwatered edges go tawny and an even lawn reads from the road as somebody's deliberate hand. The wet half of the year asks something quieter: fir litter knocked down by wind, sodden leaves pressed flat against a walkway, all of it raked out before it packs into felt. The round covers Silverton, Mount Angel, Marquam, Scotts Mills and the back roads that string them together.
