Rainy Day Lawn Care & Maintenance

About Rainy Day Lawn Care & Maintenance

Reedsport takes its rain in installments — a squall in off the Pacific, twenty minutes of sun, then another. Rainy Day Lawn Care & Maintenance is named for the obvious reason: in a town where the dunes hold the wind and the grass grows nine months out of twelve, somebody has to keep up with it. Mowing, edging, trimming and yard cleanup, all of it timed to the gaps between showers. By late spring the lawns on the streets above Scholfield Creek are pushing hard, and there is nothing better than walking off a finished yard while the pavement is still steaming. The work carries through Reedsport and out to Winchester Bay, Gardiner and Lakeside.
