About Mallory Ornamental Tree & Yard LLC

The Dry Canyon splits Redmond north to south, a riverbed the water walked away from, and the town grew up along both of its rims. Mallory Ornamental Tree & Yard LLC works the yards above it, where lawns end in juniper and the soil turns to cinder within a spade's depth. Mowing, trimming and edging come first; then fertilization and weed control to keep turf honest against sage and cheatgrass; then aeration so water goes down into the root zone instead of running off. Seasonal cleanups take the needle drop and windblown litter off the grass before it mats. The payoff is a lawn that reads green from the canyon trail below, with a clean seam where the blades stop and the rock begins.
