About Atlas Renovations LLC

Dig anywhere around Redmond and the ground gives the same answer a few inches down — old lava rock, patient and indifferent to anyone's plans. Atlas Renovations LLC works with that fact instead of against it, bringing tired turf back through aeration, overseeding and honest soil work until roots have somewhere to go. October is the good month for it, when the rimrock turns rust-colored in the late sun and the nights run cool enough for new seed to take hold. Regular mowing, trimming and cleanups keep the gain from slipping away again. Nothing is showy about a lawn that simply grew thick where it used to go thin, which is exactly why it is worth doing.
