About Kurt’s Affordable Lawn Care, LLC

In March the ice pulls back from the edges of Ochoco Reservoir and Prineville lawns come out of winter matted flat and gray. Kurt's Affordable Lawn Care, LLC begins there — dethatching the pressed-down growth, clearing off what the wind left behind, and laying down the first cut once the ground firms enough to hold a mower. From then on it settles into the summer rhythm: mowing, edging, trimming, with fertilization and weed control as the season asks for them. There is a particular satisfaction in that first green flush after a long spring, when a yard remembers what it is supposed to look like.
