About Quality Yard Services

On the east side the light holds until nearly ten in July, and a lawn cut at that hour keeps its stripes the way water keeps a wake. Quality Yard Services works the flat grid of streets running out toward Mount Tabor, where the ground still remembers the cinder cone underneath it and the old firs throw long shade across the parking strips. The work is plain and it is exact: mowing, edging along the sidewalk seams, string trimming around fence posts and cherry trunks, then blowing every clipping back off the concrete before the gate closes. When autumn comes and the big-leaf maples let go all at once, the same yards ask for raking and hauling instead, week after week until the branches are bare. What stays behind is the line — the crisp edge where grass stops and pavement starts, the kind you notice from the porch without quite knowing why.
