About Muñoz Landscaping

Out along Marine Drive the Columbia moves wide and slow, and the evening wind off the water reaches back into Parkrose and Argay. Muñoz Landscaping works those flat, generous lots at the cool end of a late-summer day — long straight mowing runs, drives edged, fencelines trimmed down to a clean margin. The soil out here is river ground and it takes seed readily, so aeration and overseeding in early fall pay off all the way through the next season, with feeding to keep the color up. Then the cottonwoods and poplars turn, and leaf cleanup becomes the whole of the day. Big lawns reward patience, and a long even stripe is worth stopping to look at.
